On the second floor, an entrance staircase leads to the sleeping area, where a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed welcomes guests in an atmosphere of attention to detail that combines modern and traditional elements. From here it is possible to access the balcony and enjoy relaxing moments in the open air. The floor also features a bathroom complete with washbasin, bidet hand shower and separate toilet, as well as a practical storage room.

Continuing down a modern flight of stairs, you reach the kitchen and relaxation area. A fully equipped kitchen offers guests the opportunity to feel at home in an environment that combines elegance and tradition. Equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and every necessary utensil, the kitchen invites guests to prepare and enjoy the flavors of local cuisine. The relaxation area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed upon request to accommodate additional guests. This floor also has a second bathroom complete with shower.

Finally, going up to the terrace, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the historic center, with its churches and rooftops. The terrace is equipped with an induction cooktop, gas barbecue, refrigerator, table, chairs, sun loungers, and even a shower. This terrace is the perfect place to relax and admire the beauty of Monopoli from a unique perspective.
