Built in the early 1900s, the house is located in the ‘heart of the Murattiano centre, just 200m from the large Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The structure consists of a ground floor and a first floor with separate entrances. The sober furnishings combined with the limestone vaults in the shape of an arch about 4m high give the dwelling a sense of warmth and serenity. Cuore 46 is located on the first floor, accessed by a typical Murat stone staircase. The stone-vaulted flat consists of: living area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and balcony, second bedroom with French bed. In addition, to brighten up your stay – for a fee and at set times – there is a mini hydromassage pool and a Finnish sauna at your disposal. Its location also guarantees easy access to public or private beaches and coves typical of the area.
