Built in the early 1900s, the house is located in the ‘heart of the Murattiano centre, just 200m from the large Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The structure consists of a ground floor and a first floor with separate entrances. The sober furnishings combined with the limestone vaults in the shape of an arch about 4m high give the dwelling a sense of warmth and serenity. Cuore 48, on the ground floor, consists of a large eat-in kitchen complete with appliances and crockery so that you can easily cook if you wish. There is also a living area, living room with fireplace and a double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The flat also has a bathroom with bidet and shower. In all rooms you can tap into an excellent free WIFI network. Its location also guarantees easy access to public or private beaches and coves typical of the area.
