It is customary in our cultureto use products from the land and sea in a combination known as “mare e monti”. These precious products of nature are used for a cuisine with simple flavours yetrich in history and emotions always synonymous to quality and freshness. The passion for food and the pleasure of sharing have prompted us to organize on request or on a theme our cooking sessions based on Apulian specialities: from homemade orecchiette with turnips, to fresh fish, vegetables and seasonal fruit.
